Click in order the numbers 1-10 as they pop-up. You only have a certain amount of time before you lose. Circles with a green cross give you 100 points. Circles with a red minus sign take away 100 points. Don't get too caried away, because losing a level will cost you 150 points. Beware fake numbers.
